Hi,

I have installed Steam and then FM2012 using your tutorial, the problem is that when I click to run fm2012 I get a message saying:

We have detected a problem with your game, please click here for more information.

Then I click more information and I get a message saying:
Football Manager has detected that you may not be playing an original version of Football Manager 2012 and the game has therefore shut down.

I am using a legal copy of Steam and FM2012. I can play the game if I boot in Windows 7, but in Linux I always get this message, anyone know how to solve this?

Hi and welcome on FMTux. Unfortunatly we don't find how to solve this problem. The only thing we can do to play the game is to use a forbiden file...
